Job Position : Design & Development Manager 

Qualification and Job Specification: ​

Review 3D Model and technical specification to understand and flow down the requirements to CFT team
Prepare design output: BOM, 2D Drawing, Rout card (For FAI Part)
Prepare process flowchart, define key and special process
Responsible for FAI Product until will to production
Having a strong manufacturing about sheet metal, machining and assembly process
Should have strong knowledge to materials and standards
Support to production in development stage on each phase
Engage customer meetings and maintain MOM
Review and update BOM QTY based on consolidated material list provided by production
Responsible for testing, assembly and installation

Education Qualification & Additional Requirement
Candidate should have more than 5-6 years of experience
UG with mechanical engineering
BASIC in CATIA

Job Position : Design & Development Manager 

Qualification and Job Specification: ​

Should be good software experience in CATIA/ Solid works.
Able to demonstrate and create 3D model by using assembly interfaces.
Prepare Process flow chart, define key and special process.
Support to site team and maintenance team during installation.
Having a strong manufacturing background about sheet metal, machining and assembly process.
Should have strong knowledge of materials and standards.
Should have basic knowledge about jigs and fixtures.
Engage customer meetings and maintain MOM.
Willing to work in all shifts.
Responsible for testing, assembly and installation.

Education Qualification & Additional Requirement

Candidate should have more than 5-6 years of experience
UG with mechanical engineering
Should know CATIA, PDM & VPM
